14 July 2007. I have weeded these parts of the garden three times and as soon as I turn my back it all grows back!
So, I leveled this part of the garden, laid some of the bricks I had spare to hold down the matting and covered with 5cm deep bark chipping's.
If the weeds return, I may cement the lot!

This pond needed demolishing to make way for the new patio. The pond was made of cement and nearly 8 inches thick in parts. Drilled through this to break it up and took it to the tip!

Cedar greenhouse being removed. Took out the glass - to be used to repair the aluminium greenhouse, which we will keep. Chopped up the wood and took it to the tip! The bags here are full of weed roots from under the greenhouse cement foundation.
